Products & Availability

  • We describe and photograph every product as accurately as possible.

  • From time to time, items may sell out or be withdrawn without notice.

Pricing & Payment

  • All prices are in GBP (£) and include VAT where applicable.

  • Payments are processed securely via Shopify Payments.

  • We reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Shipping

  • Orders are shipped from the UK.

  • UK orders ship via Royal Mail Tracked 24/48.

  • International orders ship via UPS Express.

  • Processing time: 1–2 working days before dispatch.

  • Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees.

Returns & Exchanges

  • You may return or exchange items within 14 days of delivery.

  • Items must be unworn, unwashed, and in original packaging.

  • Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is faulty.

  • To start a return, email support@endlessdelusion.com with your order number.

Faulty Items

  • If you receive a faulty or incorrect item, contact us immediately with photos.

  • We will arrange a replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property

  • All designs, logos, and content are the property of Endless Delusion.
