1. WHO WE ARE

ENDLESS DELUSION is a UK-based clothing brand.

By ordering from our store you agree to these terms.

2. ORDERS & PAYMENT

- All orders are subject to availability and confirmation.

- Your order is accepted when you receive an order confirmation email.

- Prices are shown in GBP and include UK VAT where applicable.

- We reserve the right to change prices or cancel any order, including for reasons such as pricing errors, stock issues or suspected fraud.

3. SHIPPING & DELIVERY

- All orders ship from the UK in ENDLESS DELUSION packaging.

- Delivery options, carriers and estimated timeframes are shown at checkout.

- Delivery times are estimates only; delays can occur because of carrier issues, customs, weather or other factors outside our control.

- Responsibility for the goods passes to you once the order is delivered to the address you provided.

4. DUTIES, TAXES & INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

- Orders shipped outside the UK may be subject to import duties, taxes and handling fees set by local customs authorities or carriers.

- These charges are your responsibility and are not included in our prices or shipping fees.

- If you refuse a delivery and it is returned to us, any refund will be for the product price only, minus any return shipping costs and charges we incur.

5. RETURNS & EXCHANGES

We are not about fast fashion or throwaway purchases. Each piece is produced in limited numbers and we ask you to order with intention.

- You can request a return within 14 days of receiving your order.

- Items must be unworn, unwashed and in original condition, with tags and packaging.

- Returns are at your cost unless we have clearly agreed otherwise in writing.

- Once we receive and inspect the item, we will approve or reject the refund based on its condition.

- Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method.

We do not accept returns for:

- Items that show signs of wear, washing or damage.

- Items with removed tags, heavy creasing, deodorant, make-up or fragrance transfer.

- Items marked as final sale at the time of purchase.

Because stock is limited, exchanges cannot be guaranteed.

If you want a different size or colour, the safest option is to return the original item in line with this policy and place a new order.

6. ORDER ISSUES & SUPPORT

If there is any issue with your order, delivery or the product you receive, contact us as soon as possible so we can review it.

Include your order number, a brief description of the issue and clear photos where relevant. We will review each case individually and let you know the next steps.

7. CANCELLATIONS

- Orders cannot always be cancelled once they are placed.

- If you need to cancel, email support@endlessdelusion.store immediately with your order number.

- If the order has not yet been packed or shipped, we will cancel and refund where possible.

- If the order has already shipped, you will need to follow the returns process.

8. PRODUCT INFO & IMAGES

- We work to show colours, fit and details as accurately as possible, but screens, lighting and edits can create small variations.

- Measurements are approximate and minor differences can occur between pieces due to fabric and construction.

9. PERSONAL USE ONLY

ENDLESS DELUSION products are sold for personal, non-commercial use only.
We reserve the right to refuse, limit or cancel any order that appears to be intended for resale or bulk purchasing.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

We are responsible for losses you suffer that are a direct and foreseeable result of us breaching these terms.

We are not responsible for:

- Losses that were not reasonably foreseeable when you placed the order.

- Losses caused by events outside our control, including carrier delays.

- Any business or commercial losses linked to use of our products.

Nothing in these terms limits your statutory rights under UK consumer law.
